Vedic Astrology, known as Jyotish (“The Science of Light”)
Vedic Astrology is an ancient system of self-discovery that maps the sky at the exact moment of your birth to reveal your soul’s blueprint. Unlike a personality quiz, it acts as a Karmic GPS, showing you the road you are traveling, the "traffic" (challenges) ahead, and the unique "horsepower" (strengths) you have at your disposal.
By calculating the precise mathematical positions of the stars via the Sidereal zodiac, Jyotish identifies your life’s purpose (Dharma), your path to security, and your ultimate potential for freedom. It does not merely predict the future; it provides the Owner’s Manual for your life. It empowers you to shift from being a passenger of fate to becoming the Sovereign Driver of your destiny.
Jyotish, as the ancient science of light, is far more than a tool for prediction. For me, it is a living tantric practice — a sacred mirror reflecting the divine intelligence within and around us. Each chart is a mandala of consciousness, revealing the unfolding journey of the soul through time and experience. My passion is awakening those who come to me, I am more interested in self-realization than I am about what will happen next, although Jyotish encompasses that too.
My path with Vedic astrology has never been about forecasting events alone, but about illuminating the deeper patterns of being — the karmic currents, desires, and lessons that shape our evolution. Through Jyotish, we see ourselves not as victims of fate, but as participants in a cosmic dance of awareness.
I invite you to explore Jyotish as a path to self-realization: a way to understand not just what may happen, but who you are and why you are here — the luminous thread connecting your soul’s journey across lifetimes. I have included my journey through many systems of healing over over 60 years.
In the Vedic tradition, the "memory loops" are known as Samskaras—the deep, subconscious grooves carved into our mental field (Chitta) by past actions and emotions. These are the tracks we follow when we are on autopilot.
When you are squeezed by life—whether by a traffic jam or a difficult conversation—what spills out is the "juice" of these stored Samskaras. If the juice is sour, it is because the internal tank is holding onto old, unrefined frequencies.
Here is how you can weave this "Fruit and Frequency" metaphor into our lives.
Understanding Your "Juice" The Squeeze is the Reveal
In Tantra, the external world is a mirror. A traffic jam isn't just an obstacle; it is a "divine squeeze." When the pressure of the world pushes against your wheeled frame, it isn't creating your anger or your peace—it is simply revealing what you have been brewing inside. If you squeeze an orange, you get orange juice because that is what is inside. If you are squeezed and "bitterness" comes out, that bitterness was already parked in your garage.
Breaking the Autopilot
The "memory loops" are the vehicles alignment. If your alignment is off, the vehicle will pull toward negative emotions automatically. To break the loop, you must engage in Chitta-Shuddhi—the clearing of the mental mirror. This isn't just "thinking positive"; it is a mechanical cleaning of your frequency.
Chitta-Shuddhi is the "Deep Cleaning" of the internal engine. While the SNS/PNS switch handles the immediate electrical state of your vehicle - Chitta-Shuddhi (Purification of the Mind-Stuff) removes the "sludge" and "carbon buildup" that has accumulated over lifetimes.
Without this purification, even a skilled driver will find the steering wheel "pulling" toward old, reactive habits (Samskaras).
The Science of the Shift: Brainwaves & Your Nervous System
To heal, we must change our frequency. Your sessions with Goddess Vidya are designed to move you out of "Survival Mode" and into the "Healing State" by consciously shifting your brainwave activity and nervous system response. The whole purpose of Vedic Astrology is healing, I teach methods to get in touch with your own healing power, it is inside of you.
Understanding the Frequency of Healing
BETA (13–30 Hz) | The Awakened Mind: This is your normal, alert, waking state. While necessary for daily tasks, staying here too long keeps you in a state of high-alert and mental chatter.
ALPHA (8–13 Hz) | Deep Relaxation: The bridge between the conscious and subconscious. This is the "waiting room" of meditation where stress begins to dissolve.
THETA (4–8 Hz) | The Healing State (The Goal): This is the frequency of Yoga Nidra, Hypnosis, and Trance. In Theta, we access the subconscious mind. This is where "Soul Retrieval" happens, traumas are resolved, and deep self-realization occurs.
DELTA (0.5–4 Hz) | Deep Sleep: The state of total physical regeneration and unconscious rest
Now in the order of lowest -highest brain wave function, the paradox.
Gamma State:
The Frequency of Samadhi - The frequency of the Seer
Gamma waves are the fastest brainwave frequency (typically 30 to 100+ Hz). While other brainwaves act like individual instruments in an orchestra, Gamma acts like the Conductor. "The Frequency of the Seer." While the body is relaxed in the slow waves of Theta, the spirit is vibrating at the lightning-fast speed of Gamma to perceive the higher truths.
GAMMA (30–100+ Hz) | The State of Samadhi
The Experience: Transcendence, Universal Consciousness, and Peak Performance.
The Purpose: This is the frequency of Self-Realization. It is the moment the "puzzle pieces" of the subconscious (Theta) are fully integrated into the "Whole" (Gamma). It represents the flash of enlightenment and the sustained state of "Being" that follows deep spiritual mastery.
Lower the SNS stress (Beta).
Access the subconscious (Theta) to clear the "rust" and blockages.
Create the conditions for the "Universe" to open up (Gamma/Samadhi).
I am not just helping my clients "relax"—I am guiding them toward Evolution.
Balancing their Internal Compass: SNS vs. PSN
Healing cannot occur when the body is in a state of "threat." My work focuses on helping recalibrae the Autonomic Nervous System:

- Delta (0.5–4 Hz): Deepest unconscious sleep.
- Theta (4–8 Hz): Trance, Yoga Nidra, and the subconscious gateway.
- Alpha (8–13 Hz): Light relaxation and the "bridge".
- Beta (13–30 Hz): Normal waking thought and stress (SNS).
- Gamma (30–100+ Hz): Samadhi, high-level integration, and spiritual awakening.
- Cosmic Consciousness: Gamma occurs when different parts of the brain "fire" together in total synchrony. This creates the "Aha!" moment, but in deep spiritual practice, it sustains the state of Samadhi or Satori—where the "Universe" card becomes a living reality rather than just a concept.
- Hyper-Awareness: Unlike the "sleep-like" state of Theta, Gamma is a state of hyper-clarity and intense focus. It is the "Light" you saw in your mother’s pictures—a state where the physical boundaries of the brain are bypassed by pure, high-frequency energy.
- The Bridge to the Divine: In many studies of long-term meditators (like the monks or the Bauls, Yogis, Yoginis and Tantrics), Gamma is found to be exceptionally high. It is associated with "Universal Love" and the ability to process vast amounts of information (Itihasa) simultaneously.

Balancing their Internal Compass: SNS vs. PSN
Healing cannot occur when the body is in a state of "threat." My work focuses on helping recalibrae the Autonomic Nervous System:
- SNS (Sympathetic Nervous System) | "Fight or Flight": When you are "pushed," stressed, or living in fear, your SNS is dominant. It increases cortisol, shallows your breath, and blocks access to deep intuition.
- PSN (Parasympathetic Nervous System) | "Rest and Digest": By using Yoga Nidra and Trance to enter the Theta brainwave state, we trigger the PSN. This lowers your heart rate, calms the nervous system, and allows the body and soul to repair themselves.
