I like the broken lines in this photo. In North America we are taught to live life in the lines.

In India one moves in circles you never know when you will drive up over the curb or cross the line, go through a red light or turn around in the middle of the street.

As a passenger you just don't know!!!

We are all passengers in theDivine's plan, Let Go.

Go with the flow do not get caught in the corners, or bends in Life.

The best book on Qigong including Medical, Taoist, Buddhist, and Wushu Energy Cultivation) Recommended reading for my classes. I have the most respect for Master Liang and spent 10 years sometimes reluctantly attending his classes, it was the hardest thing I have ever done because it is difficult to be consistent living in the world raising children. It is easy when you are young but as you get older time pulls us in so many directions, you may be able to do it in your 20, 30's and 40's but it is the true seeker who can keep going .

Keep on going, do not stop!

If we personalize Yin and Yang discussed by Master Liang into the Traditions of India, Yin is (Shakti) the Feminine Principle innner, and Yang (Shiva) Masculine outer, the laws of nature the Mahabhuta's, the Guna's, Creation Bramha/Saraswati, Maitenance Vishnu/Laxshmi and destruction Shiva/Parvathy.

This Life is

Is one strange trip with many winding paths.

I remember the Taoist Story told to me by Grand Master Liang, I am sure many have heard this story.

" This farmer had only one horse, and one day the horse ran away. The neighbors came to condole over his terrible loss. The farmer said, "What makes you think it is so terrible?"

A month later, the horse came home--this time bringing with her two beautiful wild horses. The neighbors became excited at the farmer's good fortune. Such lovely strong horses! The farmer said, "What makes you think this is good fortune?"

The farmer's son was thrown from one of the wild horses and broke his leg. All the neighbors were very distressed. Such bad luck! The farmer said, "What makes you think it is bad?"

A war came, and every able-bodied man was conscripted and sent into battle. Only the farmer's son, because he had a broken leg, remained. The neighbors congratulated the farmer. "What makes you think this is good?" said the farmer.

Qigong Chinese system of how negative emotions create disease in the organs of our body.

Medical Qigong is the Chinese system of Taoist energy work there are millions of ways (energy work Chi or Qi is energy, Kung or Gong is work) you will see it spelled in a variety of different ways but it is all the same, it is taught that one must continually keep a flow of fresh light and prana.

(Prana is the Indian sanskrit term for breath, breath or life force or energy) it is important to keep this prana or Qi circulating through our bodies to prevent disease. Our bodies can be energized with this flow of energy and circulated on a daily basis to prevent stagnation of energy from becoming solid mental forms. Remember thoughts are things and they can solidify and develop a life of their own, we can create an independent life that can create conflict or disease in our very own home, our body.

The Heart and Intestines, hate, cruelty and impatience, too much Fire, too much heated, you will hear people say man they are on fire what a hot head or heated debate, too much energy is stored in the heart this must be cooled down. Some physical symptoms are heart palpitations, high blood pressure and chest pain, heart attack.

Liver Eyes and Gallbladder, can create anger, jealousy, frustration, and envy. In Medical Qigong there are sounds, meditations and postures to help balance these imbalances. The idea is to gain balance on a regular basis though visualization, sounds and postures. It is important to understand that energy follows thought, energy flows where your mind goes. Qigong is like a meditation on health and it will strengthen not only the body but the mind. The element they are related to is called Wood.

Kidney, Ears and Bladder, inbalances in these organ will lead to FEAR they are related to the element of Water in the Chinese system. Loss of energy, loss of life force, nervous system disorder, the body becomes acidic, knots in the abdomen.
